You will receive an automated reply giving you a log number allowing you to track the progress of your log. You will also receive updates when your log has been validated and resolved.  

Please include the following information in your email to allow the helpdesk team to deal with your log effectively:

  • The subject line of the email must be a meaningful description of the problem. 
  • The body of the email must contain the following:
    • Product
    • Release Number
    • Priority Level (Critical, High, Medium, Next Release)
    • Nature of the Problem
    • Expected Resolution date
    • Any Attachments showing screen dumps or log files
